InstantReg Inc. (thereinafter “InstantReg”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to respecting your privacy. Either you offer online registration for an event or register for an event using our service, all the information provided is kept private. This information includes names, addresses, preferences and credit card information.

Client is an event organizer who is using InstantReg service. All information collected during an event registration process is owned by the client of InstantReg. We do not rent or sell lists of personal information of any type. We do not use personal information collected through registration for solicitations. In case you are a InstantReg client, we may on occasion send you an email about any new feature added to our website or for special offers.

InstantReg has no control over and make no representations concerning the privacy policies of any event organizer. Accordingly if you like to find out how an event organizer will use the registration data, you need to review the event organizer’s privacy policy or directly contact the event organizer.

Information Collection & Use

For Event Organizers

InstantReg collects personally identifiable information during the signup process. This will include personal information (such as name, email, phone, billing address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date). This information from client is collected when client signs up to open a new account or calls and starts a new account over the phone.

For Attendees

All attendees data that is collected and maintained through our service is solely owned by the client and we have no right to sell or use that information provided. The client, not InstantReg is responsible for what information is collected and required on the registration forms. We do not license, sell or trade any collected information including personal information or specific information about the transaction or other personally identifiable information. InstantReg is responsible for safe and secure storage of all information collected.

Uses of Information

InstantReg provides all end user (attendee) information collected through our event registration system to the clients (Event Organizer). Any information provided on the registration pages is the sole property of the client and is kept on InstantReg’s servers and is accessible only to the authorized client through secure interface or to InstantReg at the direct request of the authorized client. If an attendee wants to find out how the client will be using their information the attendee should see the client’s privacy statement or contact the client directly.

Information Sharing and Disclosures

Aggregate Data

We may share reports with third parties based on aggregated data of our user base. This aggregated data does not include any personally identifiable information about organizers or attendees. These reports will not include your personal or organization name or address. Information about users is aggregated for the purposes of determining successful event benchmarks and other similar activities.

Information Disclosure

We may disclose personal information as required by law and when we have reasons to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to protect our legal rights or to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with other InstantReg users or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities.

Cookies

A cookie is a small piece of information sent by a Web server to store on a Web browser so it can later be read back from that browser.

Some parts of the InstantReg site use cookies to collect information about visitors’ use of the Web site and to facilitate return visits. The information collected from cookies is tracked to enhance security and to improve the functionality of the Site by avoiding duplicate data entry, facilitating navigation, and increasing the relevance of content. We do not link the information stored in cookies to any personally identifiable information entered though our site.
